• Transaction – A payment instruction that results in movement of funds.
• Transaction Amount – The total payable amount including taxes, service charges, commissions, and applicable fees.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of India.

By using Adinav, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Registration

Users must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information before using our services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.

5. Use of Services

The platform may only be used for legitimate payment-related transactions permitted by applicable law.

Users must immediately notify Adinav if they suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of their account.

• Protect login credentials from unauthorized access.

7. Fees & Charges

Users agree to pay service charges, transaction fees, and any other applicable charges as communicated by Adinav or agreed under the applicable merchant agreement.

Adinav reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes implemented by banks, payment networks, regulators, or service providers.

8. Payment Processing

Adinav functions solely as a payment facilitator. We are not responsible for disputes regarding goods or services between users and merchants or payees.

Payment processing timelines depend on participating banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions. Delays beyond our reasonable control shall not create any liability for Adinav.

9. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and are accountable for all transactions processed through their accounts unless otherwise required by law.

10. Suspension & Termination

Adinav reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services without prior notice if misuse, fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adinav, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Confidentiality

Users shall maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information received while using the platform and shall not disclose such information except where required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, website content, designs, and intellectual property displayed on the Adinav website are owned exclusively by Pulse Payment Technologies Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
